Indea Snorden is the Founder and Managing Director of InFLOW Consulting, where she helps organizations remove bottlenecks, align strategy with execution, and scale profitability. With over 20 years of leadership across technology, energy, healthcare, and education, she has delivered more than $15M in operational savings and improved profitability by 20%.
